Salad Dressings
In April 2008 we introduced a range of salad dressings, all made with extra virgin olive oil and natural flavourings. As with all our other products, they are made exclusively with "proper" ingredients, and are without the thickeners or emulsifiers that some of our competitors use so extensively. The range is available all year.

Herb & Garlic Salad Dressing
With a subtle blend of Garlic and Mediterranean herbs, principally Thyme, Rosemary and Marjoram, blended with red wine Vinegar and extra-virgin Olive Oil -
Honey & Mustard Salad Dressing
Made with pure Honey, Dijon Mustard, red wine Vinegar and extra-virgin Olive Oil -
Lemon & Chilli Salad Dressing
Made with Sicilian Lemon Juice and finely ground Chillis.
